Millennium Jewelry offers handcrafted and made-to-order jewellery including rings, bracelets, necklaces, and other fine jewellery pieces.
Due to the handcrafted nature of our products:
- Slight variations in stone size, weight, colour, or metal tone may occur.
- Product images are provided for illustrative purposes and may differ slightly from the final item.
- All measurements, weights, and stone sizes are approximate.
Pricing & Payment
All prices listed on the Millennium Jewelry website are displayed in the applicable currency and may change without prior notice.
Millennium Jewelry reserves the right to:

- Correct any pricing errors
- Cancel orders placed at an incorrect price
Full payment must be completed at the time of purchase using the payment methods available on the website.
Order Processing
All jewellery items are made-to-order. Production begins once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation along with tracking information.
Shipping

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other charges required by their country.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the made-to-order nature of our jewellery, the following conditions apply.
Customers must contact Millennium Jewelry within 24 hours of delivery to initiate a return request. The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt in its original and unused condition.
- A 30% restocking fee applies to all approved returns.
- The remaining 70% will be refunded once the returned item is inspected.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, insurance, and customs charges.
Returned items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging.
Custom-made or personalised jewellery items are not eligible for return or exchange. If there is an issue with your order, please contact Millennium Jewelry and we will assist where possible.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- If cancelled after 24 hours but before dispatch, a 20% making fee will be deducted.
- Once the item has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Millennium Jewelry website including product designs, images, logos, text, graphics, and website layout is the property of Millennium Jewelry and is protected under intellectual property laws.
Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of website content without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
Millennium Jewelry shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our liability in relation to any product purchased shall not exceed the total amount paid for that product.
